MARTIN, Tenn. – Kristen Lackey, a junior education major and a member of The University of Tennessee at Martin softball team, was crowned Miss UTM this past Saturday night.
Lackey will now compete in the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant later this year in Jackson.
The Savannah native, believed to be the first student-athlete to win the Miss UTM Pageant, competed in talent, evening gown, swimsuit and interview categories.
Supporting Lackey at the recent pageant, were members of the UT Martin softball team.
