EVERETT MAKES CFPA WATCH LIST FOR TIGHT ENDS

MARTIN, Tenn. – UT Martin senior Ben Everett has been named to the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) Watch List for tight ends. He joins quarterback Derek Carr, running back Tevin Barksdale and wide receiver Quentin Sims who also made their positions respective watch lists.

Everett, from Loudon, played in nine games this past season where he caught four passes for 104 yards. He averaged 26 yards per reception.

Everett enjoyed his best game of the season against Union College where he caught two passes for 70 yards, including a 47-yard touchdown pass. He also made one catch against Mississippi State for 13 yards.

The Skyhawks open the 2012 season at the Liberty Bowl against host Memphis.
