Skyhawk Athletic Administration | Richard Schoeberl - Assistant Athletic Director for External Operations
Richard Schoeberl joined Skyhawk Athletics in 2011. His areas of supervision include compliance and external relations.
In his position as assistant athletics director, Schoeberl is responsible for ensuring the Skyhawk Athletics Department and its teams are compliant with NCAA, OVC, institutional and federal rules. He manages, organizes, implements, maintains a comprehensive, in-depth, and effective athletic compliance program intended to support the NCAA, OVC and university rules and to prevent, detect and respond appropriately to violations of applicable athletic rules and regulations.
In addition to compliance responsibilities, Schoeberl is over the department’s external relations which plans, coordinates and implements the sports information, public relations, development and promotion efforts.
