2017-18: Named an OVC All-Newcomer…Tabbed to the OVC All-Tournament team…Played in all 34 games for the Skyhawks while earning 33 starts…Named OVC Freshman of the Week three times (Dec. 12, Feb. 13 and Feb. 26)…Averaged 11.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.3 steals, 1.2 assists and 1.1 blocks in 26.4 minutes per game…Tallied 381 points, 194 rebounds, 43 steals, 41 assists and 38 blocks…Shot 42.2 percent from the field, 32.0 percent from beyond the arc and 86.7 percent from the free throw line…Ranked second in the nation amongst true-freshmen with an 86.7 free throw percentage…Scored a season-high 24 points against Morehead State…Eclipsed double-figures 20 times, including four games with at least 20 points against Morehead State (Jan. 13), Southeast Missouri (Feb. 10), Morehead State (Feb. 22) and SIUE (March 2)…Tallied one double-double against Eastern Illinois with 16 points and 11 rebounds on Jan. 18…Ranked as the OVC’s fourth top-scoring freshman…Her 38 blocks ranked fourth on the program’s single-season leaderboard.
High School: Perry joins the Skyhawks from Middleton High School where she played for head coach James Burkley while helping lead the Lady Tigers to a 32-1 record and a berth in the state semifinals as a junior…During her senior campaign, she averaged 13.9 points, 12.0 rebounds, 4.7 blocks, 2.3 steals and 1.8 assists per game…A member of the program’s 1,000-point club, posted a game where she tallied 19 points, 20 rebounds and nine blocks against Haywood County…As a junior she averaged a double-double with 12.5 points and 11.7 rebounds while tallying 2.9 steals, 2.6 blocks and 2.0 assists per game…A two-time TSWA Class A all-state honoree, she was also heralded as a Jackson Sun Super Senior. During her sophomore season she averaged 9.0 points and 7.8 rebounds per game while leading her team to a 35-0 record and a state championship where she was named most valuable player. During her career, the Lady Tigers strung together a 67-game winning streak.
