2016: Was a mainstay in the Skyhawk lineup, playing in all 110 sets while starting in all 31 matches…Ranked fourth in the Ohio Valley Conference in assists (1,076, 9.78 per set), becoming just the seventh different player in program history to divvy out at least 1,000 assists in a single season…Also compiled 184 digs (1.67 per set), 55 kills, 40 blocks and 17 service aces…Reached the 50-assist plateau on four different occasions, including a career-high 65 assists in the victory over Tennessee State on Oct. 14…Piled up four double-doubles – three of which came in OVC play…Set new career-highs in digs (17) and blocks (four) while adding five kills and 56 assists in the win at Eastern Illinois on Nov. 4…Slammed down a career-best seven kills in only three sets against Austin Peay on Oct. 28…Also equaled a career-high with four blocks against SIUE on Sept. 30…Was named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

BEFORE UTM: Was part of a NJCAA Division-II national championship season in 2015, as she helped Parkland College post a perfect 57-0 record, winning 171 out of 180 sets…Playing for head coach Cliff Hastings and alongside current Skyhawk teammate Hayley Gray, Lean helped the Cobras to a No. 1 national ranking for the entire season – clinching the program’s second-ever national title and first since 1999…Directing a 6-2 offense that featured co-setters, she registered 578 assists (4.62 per set) with 37 service aces, 173 digs (1.38 per set) as a sophomore…Compiled three double-doubles, including 20 assists and 10 digs in the three-set national championship victory over Lincoln Land last Saturday…Handed out 20-plus assists in five matches, including a season-best 26 assists in only three sets at Johnson County on Sept. 25…Was part of a 2014 team that went 54-3 and finished as NJCAA Division-II national runner-up…Piled up 238 assists (4.67 per set), accounting for a season-best 20 assists in just two sets against Lincoln Trail…Also was responsible for 13 service aces and 35 digs as a true freshman…Prepped at Upwey High School, where she was part of the Victorian State squad in her final two seasons (2012-13)…Earned team MVP during her senior season with Victorian State and also captured team MVP accolades with the Yarra Ranges club team in 2013.
