BEFORE UTM: Transfers to UT Martin from Florida State University, where he spent two seasons under head coach Jimbo Fisher…Was the third-string quarterback for a Seminoles squad who went 13-1 in 2014, a year after redshirting during Florida State’s perfect 14-0 season that was capped off with a BCS national championship…Played his senior season for head coach Lamont Green at Southridge High School...Passed for over 3,000 yards and 33 touchdowns as a senior at Southridge, also rushing for over 700 yards for the Spartans…Was named as one of three quarterbacks on the Nike Miami-Dade All-Star Team in December of 2012…Also took part in the Under Armour Dade vs. Broward All-Star Game…Threw for more than 1,100 yards and 11 touchdowns against just four interceptions as a junior at Palmetto High School, where he played for head coach Matt Dixon.
