2014: Redshirted...Played in one game, earning a start at designated hitter in the season opener at UAB before suffering a season-ending injury.

2013: Was a versatile option as a true freshman, appearing in 29 games with 22 starts at catcher, left field or designated hitter…Tallied 11 RBI’s and scored 10 runs in just 94 plate appearances…Had a multi-hit game against Evansville on March 20 and had a multi-RBI game less than a week later against Tennessee Tech on March 24…Drove in a run five times during a six-game stretch from March 30-April 19…Hit .318 with runners in scoring position (7-for-22) and advanced the runner on third base with less than two outs seven times in eight opportunities (85.7 percent).

BEFORE UTM: Accounted for a successful senior campaign at Ferguson Senior High School in Miami, Fla….The Falcons tallied a 13-11 record under head coach Jose Novas in 2012…Attended Braddock High School as a junior, where he started every game and finished the season with a .310 batting average…Was a standout defensive catcher, committing only one error throughout the duration of his junior season…As a sophomore, he recorded a .369 batting average and nine triples while leading Coral Park High School to a postseason berth, starting in every game.
