BEFORE UTM: Prepped at New Albany High School, who is coming off a 27-8 record under head coach John Breeding…During Hoskins’ junior season, the Bulldogs went 32-5 while Hoskins was named the Southern Indiana Player of the Year by the Jefferson News and Tribune newspaper…The Bulldogs earned sectional and regional championships in Hoskins’ junior season and in the IHSAA semi-state tournament, she tallied a match-high 21 kills against Columbus East…Was named as one of 10 Indiana players who were on the Prep Volleyball’s Top 250 list, and was named to the All Hoosier Hills Conference first team on two different occasions (2010, 2011)…As a junior, she hauled in second team all-state accolades and represented the South squad in the 2010 ICGSA Junior All-Star Game…Was named to the All-Southern Indiana second team by the Jefferson News and Tribune her senior season.

PERSONAL: Born on July 17, 1993…Daughter of Dawn Smith and Curtis Hoskins…Has two older siblings, Samuel Mefford and Sarah Mefford…Majoring in nursing.
