BEFORE UTM: Played both offense and defense at McGavock High School...Had 500 receiving yards, 500 return yards and 1,200 all-purpose yards while scoring six touchdowns during his senior season...Made 14 tackles...Was a three-year varsity starter in football and a four-year varsity letter winner...Named all-city receiver in 2010...Named District 12- AAA Offensive MVP...Named to the Tennessean All-Midstate second team...Played defensive back in theToyota Tennessee East-West All-Star Game...Earned honorable mention Old Spice National Player of the Year...Named District 12-AAA Special Teams MVP in 2009.
