2012: Served as a dual threat at wide receiver and kick returner, playing in all 11 games…Hauled in 15 receptions for 242 yards and a pair of touchdowns…Accounted for touchdown receptions in wins over Eastern Illinois (Oct. 6) and Jacksonville State (Nov. 3)…Chalked up season-highs with five receptions and 43 yards receiving in the game against Eastern Illinois…Led the Ohio Valley Conference in kick return touchdowns (one) and kickoff return yards (711)…Also ranked second in the OVC in kick return average (24.5) and third in kick returns (29)…Was named OVC Specialist of the Week on Oct. 7 after taking the opening kickoff back for a 93-yard touchdown against Eastern Illinois.

2010: Saw action in seven games…Had two rushing attempts for 17 yards…Returned five kickoffs for a total of 18 yards.

BEFORE UTM: Played football at Frayser High School for head coach Greg Howard...Played in the 2009 Liberty Bowl High School All-Star Game...Had 20 catches for 379 yards and five touchdowns and rushed for 178 yards on 27 carries as a senior...Also returned kicks and punts where he had 18 kick returns for 550 yards and nine punt returns for 97 yards...Recorded 35 tackles and six interceptions on defense...Was a 2009 Preseason All-Mid-South team selection...Ranked by ESPN as the 169th best athlete...Also ran track his junior year at Frayser and won the state championship in the 200 meters.
