2013: Made two starts before undergoing season-ending Tommy John surgery…Struck out five batters in just four innings at Southeastern Louisiana on Feb. 17…Allowed just one hit and zero earned runs while fanning three against IPFW on Feb. 24.

2012: Ranked second on the team with 23 appearances, including three starting assignments to end the OVC season…Accounted for eight shutout appearances, including a span of four consecutive scoreless outings against OVC foes Murray State, Jacksonville State and SIU Edwardsville in the month of April…Racked up five multi-strikeout outings, including each of his last four appearances of the season against OVC rivals Southeast Missouri, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Illinois and Morehead State…Tallied season-highs in innings pitched (6.2) and strikeouts (five) on May 18 at Morehead State.

2011: Began the season as a starter before converting into a trusted option out of the bullpen...Made seven starts before making the last 16 appearances out of the bullpen to close out the season...Ranked eighth in the Ohio Valley Conference in appearances (24) and innings pitched (80.1)...Allowed two earned runs in three of his first four starts (including a start against Purdue)...Won his first four decisions out of the bullpen before ending the season with a 4-4 mark...Boasted a 4.14 ERA after joining the bullpen, allowing 51 hits and only nine walks in 45.2 innings...Earned a pair of saves in two of the most high-pressure situations: the must-win regular season finale against Austin Peay that clinched UT Martin's berth into the OVC tournament on May 21 and against Eastern Kentucky in the OVC tournament on May 26...Pitched a career-best 9.2 innings in relief at Tennessee Tech on May 15, which was also the most innings pitched by any OVC pitcher in a single game in 2011.

2010: Developed into one of the Skyhawks’ three Ohio Valley Conference weekend starting pitchers, starting in nine games while making 14 appearances...Had a streak of 11 innings (spread out over three appearances) without allowing an earned run...Fanned a career-high nine batters in 7.1 innings (also a career-best) in his first career start against King College on March 13...Went five or more innings in four straight starts, including three against OVC squads...Earned wins in back-to-back starts at SIU Edwardsville on April 10 and against Southeast Missouri - the OVC league-leader at the time - on April 17.

BEFORE UTM: Graduated from Donelson Christian Academy where he played baseball for head coach John Besti and basketball for head coach Presley Ramsey...Was named a Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association (TBCA) Super Sophomore in 2006-07...Earned All-District 8-AA honors two consecutive seasons...Played on the TBCA Showcase team in 2007-08...Sported a 4-2 record with four saves and a 3.42 ERA as a junior.
