2013: Once again Maksimowicz proved to be a major force on the defensive side of the ball, starting in all 21 matches for the Skyhawks...She helped lead a Skyhawk defensive line which produced eight shutout performances, including a stretch which saw opponents score just two goals over the course of seven matches...The defensive unit came up especially tight in overtime, holding their opponents scoreless in seven overtime periods...She set new career highs in shots and shots on goal with two attempts against Eastern Illinois and two shots on goal against Eastern Kentucky...She was a consistent contributor for the Skyhawks, playing every minute of 16 matches while playing less than 80 minutes just once in 21 contests.

2012: Proved to be a defensive power in the backfield for the Skyhawks, earning a spot on the OVC All-Tournament team, shutting out both tournament opponents…Named to Madness Ohio Valley 2012 All-Conference second team...Played in all 22 matches, starting all…Played 90 minutes or more 10 times, including three games of 110 minutes…Skyhawk defense registered eight shutouts, including three consecutive clean slates on two occasions…Posted a .400 shot-on-goal percentage (2 of 5)…Named to Madness Ohio Valley 2012 Preseason All-Conference first team...Was named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2011: Emerged as a force down the stretch for the Skyhawks, earning a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomer squad...Played in all 23 matches, 22 of which were starts...Along with her duties on the defensive back line, she also provided three assists, two of which were game-winners (against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Aug. 19 and at Austin Peay on Sept. 25)...Also was credited with an assist in the OVC Tournament semifinals against Eastern Kentucky on Nov. 4...Was named OVC Defensive Player of the Week on Aug. 23...Was named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll and awarded a Medal of Honor for her 4.0 Grade Point Average.

BEFORE UTM: Was a four-time all-state player at Christ Presbyterian Academy for head coach Brandy Gagliano, where she played alongside fellow UT Martin signee Alyssa Curtis...Was a part of four sectional, three regional and two district championships, reaching the state tournament all four seasons...After winning Defensive District MVP accolades as a sophomore, she followed that up with back-to-back Tennesseean all-midstate first team honors as a junior and senior...The 2010 District 9A-AA MVP, she also was on the East roster in the THSSCA East/West All-Star Game alongside Curtis...Also competed on the CPA track and field team, holding several school records...Played club soccer for both the Harpeth Futbol Club (based out of Bellevue) and the Brentwood Soccer Club and was a member of the 2008 and 2009 Tennessee Olympic Development team.

PERSONAL: Born on Oct. 18, 1992...Daughter of Edward and Deborah Maksimowicz...Has one sibling, Emily...Father Edward was a collegiate diver on the University of Delaware’s swim team (1976-79), while cousins Adrienne Dugandzic (soccer, Rutgers University), Rob Stuart (swim team, George Washington University) and Matt Dineen (football, Kutztown State University) also have athletic backgrounds...Majoring in health and human performance.
